Online Urgent Care Treatment for Everyday Health Needs

Get convenient online care for common health concerns from a licensed medical provider. Our Daily Wellness services include provider evaluations for cold sores, urinary tract infections, nausea and vomiting, sinus symptoms, and certain vaginal infections.

Select the condition that best matches your symptoms to begin your confidential online evaluation. If medication is medically appropriate, a licensed provider can issue a prescription according to clinical guidelines. Treatment is not guaranteed, and some symptoms may require testing or an in-person examination.

How Online Urgent Care Works

number 1

Select Your Condition

Choose the Daily Wellness service that most closely matches your symptoms.

Number 2 in white

Complete Your Medical Questionnaire

Provide information about your symptoms, medical history, allergies, current medications, and relevant risk factors. Photographs or additional information may be requested for certain conditions.

Number 3

Receive a Provider Evaluation

A licensed medical provider reviews your information and determines whether telehealth treatment is appropriate. The provider may contact you with additional questions or recommend testing or in-person care.

Number 4

Receive Your Prescription When Approved

If medication is medically appropriate, the provider issues a prescription according to the service’s pharmacy procedures. The medication, dosage, and treatment duration are determined by the provider.

Convenient Care With Clinical Oversight

Online urgent care can make it easier to seek help for straightforward health concerns without an unnecessary office visit. However, similar symptoms can have different causes, and the medication requested may not be the safest or most appropriate option.

Purchasing a service or completing a questionnaire does not guarantee a prescription. All treatment decisions are made by the licensed provider and are subject to medical appropriateness, state regulations, pharmacy requirements, and medication availability.

When to Seek Immediate or In-Person Care

Telehealth is not appropriate for every condition. Seek urgent or emergency care for trouble breathing, chest pain, confusion, fainting, severe dehydration, uncontrolled vomiting, severe abdominal or pelvic pain, a high or persistent fever, blood in vomit, rapidly worsening symptoms, or signs of a serious allergic reaction.

You may also need in-person care for possible kidney infection, pregnancy-related symptoms, recurrent or complicated infections, suspected sexually transmitted infections, severe headache with neurological symptoms, or symptoms that do not improve with treatment.
